Physical DescriptionGold charm. Gold bas-relief presidential seal with textured decorative frame. Thin wide band encircles the seal. At the top is a relief plane silhouette and "LBJ", "1964". Ring and loop at top. Back stamped: "14KSYL."
Historical NoteThis LBJ 1964 charm was one of President Johnson’s “giveaway” items. When he became President, Johnson ordered a variety of objects to present to visitors and special quests. He kept a selection of appropriate gifts in a special “giveaway” drawer in his desk in the Oval Office.
