Physical DescriptionPendant. Relief LBJ head with "Lyndon Johnson" around edge. Loop and ring at the top with a fine silver chain with spring clasp. Back stamped: "MACO", "N.Y.", "Sterling".
Historical NoteThis LBJ portrait pendant was one of President Johnson’s “giveaway” items. When he became President, Johnson ordered a variety of objects to present to visitors and special quests. He kept a selection of appropriate gifts in a special “giveaway” drawer in his desk in the Oval Office.
