Physical DescriptionFlat porcelain bowl painted in a repeated stylized floral pattern. Predominate colors are pink and green. Edge is gold.
Inscriptions and MarkingsReverse: "Japanese Porcelainware Decorated in Hong Kong"
Historical NoteThis bowl was used in the Little Lounge in the White House. The Little Lounge was next to the Oval Office, and Lyndon Johnson used this informal office to conduct one-on-one meetings and relax.
