Physical DescriptionPatek Philippe 18k yellow gold wristwatch. Light-gold colored face with "Do Unto Others as You Would Have Them Do Unto You," numerals, and hands in gold. Gold chain mesh band with folding clasps.
Historical NoteLBJ and John F. Kennedy before him, were among the few US presidents confirmed to have owned a watch made by the prestigious Swiss luxury firm Patek Phillippe. This example inscribed with the 'Do Unto Others' "Golden Rule" was ordered through Tiffany & Company with a special yellow gold Tiffany bracelet-style band.
