Physical DescriptionOriginal cartoon drawing. LBJ watches Lynda and Charles together. Another man (“George Hamilton”) departs. LBJ says, "Well, we got that problem solved--now to get at some of the others” while holding a bunch of papers ("Vietnam”, “Auto Strikes”, “Teacher Strikes”, and “Inflation"). Artist signature lower right: "Jack Bender”.
Historical NoteOn December 9, 1967, Lynda Bird Johnson and Chuck Robb were married in the White House. Lynda Johnson briefly dated actor George Hamilton in 1966.

Custodial History NoteThe item was a gift from the general public to President Johnson during his term in office. It was received by President Johnson, until the President donated it to the Lyndon B Johnson Presidential Library in 1973.
