Physical DescriptionOriginal cartoon drawing. LBJ pushes a wheelbarrow of armaments ("Renewed Arms Aid") while speaking to three men ("Mid-East Countries"). A small piece of paper “The Journal of the Armed Forces” adhered to lower right. A small piece of paper “The movement of arms is to be highly selective. None are planned for Egypt, Syria or Jordan - which were directly engaged in the June war against Israel. There will be equipment for Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Morocco, Libya, Tunisia - and for Israel.” adhered to lower right. (Newspaper item attached.) Caption: “​​Just Don't Use Any of This to Fight With”.
