Several men ("‘President's" Club) load the other side of the scale with money. A cat (“Fat Cats”) stands next to them eating fish (“$”). A man on the ground reads the dial ("LBJ's Campaign Fund Raising Tours"). A man and cat watch from the background in front of the Capitol. Caption: “The Weighing of the AGA Lyndon”. Artist signature lower right: "Yardley”.

Custodial History NoteThe item was a gift from the general public to President Johnson during his term in office. It was received by President Johnson, until the President donated it to the Lyndon B Johnson Presidential Library in 1973.
