Physical DescriptionOriginal cartoon drawing. Salesman LBJ shows a box ("Honest Packaging Proposal") to a storekeeper ("Congress"). His open briefcase ("L.B.J. & Co.") is next to him on the counter. Shelves full of products are behind the shopkeeper. Caption: “Now Here's an Item the Lady Shoppers Will Go For”. Artist signature lower right: "R. A. Lewis Milwaukee Journal”.
Inscriptions and MarkingsHandwritten at lower right: “copy to” [illegible] “for book” [illegible]. Stamped at upper right: [blue] “1508”. Handwritten at upper right: “2/7/64”.
