Physical DescriptionRed-orange wool-silk blend sleeveless sheath dress (Part A) with matching long-sleeved two-button jacket (Part B). Navy blue trim on necklines, and bottom hems. Back zipper and navy lining.
Historical NoteThis dress and jacket, designed by Adele Simpson, was one of Lady Bird Johnson’s favorite ensembles. She wore it frequently on both formal and informal occasions and for family get-togethers.
