Physical DescriptionWhite and green enameled oval-shaped metal box with a white hinged lid. Inscribed on the lid: "An Enemy's Envy Is An Honour" in script. Mirror inside lid. The base is green enamel on the outside and white enamel inside.
Historical NoteThis item was a gift from the Engelhard family. Charles W. Engelhard Sr. founded the Engelhard mining company in 1902. His son, Charles W. Engelhard Jr. grew the company and befriended politicians such as Lyndon Johnson.
