Physical DescriptionOriginal cartoon drawing. In his pajamas and robe, LBJ stares out a window as Lady Bird, also dressed for bed, speaks to him. A small piece of paper “Berry’s World” adhered to upper left. Caption: “Why Don't You Forget About What They'll Name the Child and Come to Bed?!”. Artist signature lower right: "Jim Berry 3-13-67”.
Inscriptions and MarkingsHandwritten across the bottom: "For President Johnson with highest regard and best wishes - Jim Berry".
Historical NotePresident Johnson was a very doting grandfather when his first grandchild, Patrick Lyndon Nugent, was born.

Custodial History NoteThe item was a gift from the general public to President Johnson during his term in office. It was received by President Johnson, until the President donated it to the Lyndon B Johnson Presidential Library in 1973.
