Chuck Robb served as Virginia's lieutenant governor from 1978 to1982, and Virginia's governor from 1982–1986. Afterward, he held office in the U.S. Senate in 1989, and was relected for the position in 1995. Robb married Lynda Bird Johnson in 1967.
