Physical DescriptionPrint reproduction of cartoon drawing. German clipping. LBJ and another man (identifiable as Ludwig Erhard) sit down on a fence wearing western clothes. Dogs look up at them. A small piece of paper “24.XII.63.(N)” adhered to lower right. Caption: “Der Arbeitsbesuch: Präsident Johnson wird Bundeskanzler Erhard auf seiner Ranch in Texas empfangen, wo er sich mit Vorliebe als Cowboy kleidet. Custodial History NoteThe item was a gift from the general public to President Johnson during his term in office. It was received by President Johnson personally, until the President donated it to the Lyndon Baines Johnson Library and Museum in 1970.
