Stamp adhered at upper right: 100F "President John Fitzgerald Kennedy 1917-1963", "Poste Aerienne", "Republique Du Niger" . Postmarked at: "Niamey" Sept. 25, 1964. Marked "No. 00982" from an edition of 4000.
