Physical DescriptionBracelet Part B of a set (1966.52.3 A-B). Comprised of 11 square yellow gold links, each with a bezel-mounted emerald centered in uncut natural diamonds and cabochon rubies. Screw pin catch.
Historical NoteThis bracelet was given to Lady Bird Johnson by His Excellency Field Marshal Thanom Kittikachorn, President of the Council of Ministers of Thailand during the 1966 Asia Trip. The 17-day trip was made to bolster international relations and to attend the Manila Summit Conference in the Philippines.

Custodial History NoteThis item was a gift from a foreign official to First Lady Lady Bird Johnson during the Johnson Administration. It was received through the Executive Office of the President and maintained there until its transfer to the National Archives on January 1969 for deposit with the Lyndon Baines Johnson Library and Museum.
