Historical NoteThis Presidential Seal well charm was one of President Johnson’s “giveaway” items. Each charm came with a green slip of paper: "In the Old West, to say that some 'will go with you to the well and back' was the highest compliment that could be paid a friend. The sentiment still holds. I hope this charm will remind you of my deep appreciation for your contributions to your country and your President."
