Physical DescriptionCorum men's wristwatch with face fashioned from an 1888 U.S. twenty dollar Double Eagle gold coin. Stem tipped with a blue sapphire. Interlinked 4-row gold band by Tiffany.
Historical NoteThis watch by Swiss watchmaking Corum incorporates the iconic 1888 U.S. "Double Eagle" gold coin. To achieve this effect and accommodate the watch mechanism, Corum's watchmakers utilized a jeweler's saw to divide the coin in half.
