LBJ peeks around a fence while he holds behind his back a bouquet of flowers ("To Lady Bird The 'Keep America Beautiful' Bill") that a strange creature ("Billboard and Junkyard Lobby") has been eating unnoticed. Lady Bird in the background, holding gardening tools, approaches. Caption reads: "I Just Can't Wait to See Lady Bird's Face When I Hand Her These!". A small penguin at the lower center sees the creature and says, "Neither can I!" Artist signature lower left: "Oliphant © 1965 The Denver Post ". Also printed at the top left: "1965 The Los Angelese Times Syndicate".
