Physical DescriptionOriginal cartoon drawing. LBJ holds papers ("To The Economy Slaughter House Budget Cuts"). A man ("House Appropriations Committee") pleads for the cow ("Politically Popular Measures") and says, “How can you ask such a thing?”. In the lower left, there is a stamp with a man and some text “Cowed by a few votes!”. Caption: “Sacred!”. Artist signature lower right: "Alexander”.
