Physical DescriptionOriginal cartoon drawing. LBJ yells "Where's that tax cut?" into a dark forest of trees ("Congress") with faces, all of whom are silent. Artist signature lower right: "Bissell Nashville Tennessean”.
Inscriptions and MarkingsHandwritten at lower right: "To President Johnson with admiration" “10/22/67”.

Custodial History NoteThe item was a gift from the general public to President Johnson during his term in office. It was received by President Johnson, until the President donated it to the Lyndon B Johnson Presidential Library in 1973.
