Physical DescriptionOriginal cartoon drawing. Uncle Sam kicks a spool of tape ("Quota Restrictions") off the deck of a large ship ("USS Department of Immigration '65"). The deck of the ship is dotted with passengers. Nearby, a smiling Statue of Liberty has "LBJ was here" etched on the pedestal. Caption reads: "--And It's Red Tape Overboard!". Artist signature lower center: "Dobbins."
