Physical DescriptionOriginal cartoon drawing. A man (identifiable as Alexei Kosygin "USSR") holds an ice pack to his head ("East European Migraine", which includes "Romania”, “Defections”, “Gomulka anti-Jewish campaign”, “Warsaw Student Protests”, “Poland”, “Czech Gov’t Turmoil”, “Arrests”). The TV plays "From the Washington Arena the LBJ Wrestling Matches". A small piece of paper “McNaught Syndicate, Inc.” adhered to lower center. Caption: “Just When His Favorite Program Comes On”. Artist signature lower right: "Reg Manning".
