The radiator has ice ("Johnson's Domestic Troubles") and it is snowing outside ("Red China Threat"). A hat and jacket with a hammer and sickle symbol hangs on the edge of the bed frame. Caption: “Do You Really Want to Talk, Alexei--Or Is It Getting Colder Outside?” Artist signature lower right: "L.D. Warren”.
