Physical DescriptionOriginal cartoon drawing. LBJ, with his gun drawn, hides behind a hill dodging bullets ("Árabes [Arabs] vs. Judíos [Jews]”, “Panamá”, “Zanzíbar, Francia [France] Reconoce [recognizes] a China"). Richard Nixon hides with a gun behind the next hill.
Inscriptions and MarkingsHandwritten at lower left: [blue] "To President Lyndon B. Johnson, from Abel Quezada Mexico". Handwritten at lower left: [blue] “870”.
Historical NoteThe presidency of Lyndon Johnson was plagued by international conflicts. While the U.S. was already mired in the war in Vietnam, conflicts in Panama, Zanzibar, and the Middle East also loomed.

Custodial History NoteThe item was a gift from the general public to President Johnson during his term in office. It was received by President Johnson, until the President donated it to the Lyndon B Johnson Presidential Library in 1973.
