LBJ, dressed as Santa Claus, holds money bags in a larger bag of gifts and looks at his list ("The Rich”, “The Poor”, “The Oilmen”, “Penny Pinchers”, “Spendthrifts”, “Labor”, “Women”, “Children”, “The Aged”, “Consumers”, “The Thirsty”, “The Hungry”, “Minorities”, “God"). A calendar (Nov. 3d 1964) hangs on the wall. Caption: “Ol' Santa Sure Hopes He Hasn't Forgotten Anybody!”. Artist signature lower right: "Jim Berryman Washington Star”.
