Physical DescriptionOriginal cartoon drawing. "McCarthy" is a dove taking off with only one wing ("Dump LBJ"). There is a hole ("Alternate Vietnam Policy") where the missing wing should be. Caption reads: "Dove's Takeoff". Artist signature lower right: "Warren King".

Custodial History NoteThe item was a gift from the general public to President Johnson during his term in office. It was received by President Johnson, until the President donated it to the Lyndon Baines Johnson Library and Museum in 1973.
