Physical DescriptionOriginal cartoon drawing. An elephant can barely keep his seat on a mechanical bucking machine ("LBJ's Galloping Legislative Program"). Caption reads: "I Can't Find the Off Switch". Artist signature lower left: "Don Hesse St. Louis Globe Democrat ".
Inscriptions and MarkingsHandwritten at lower right: "Sept. 21, 1965".
