Physical DescriptionOriginal cartoon drawing. Leaning on a barrel ("Congress") of rainwater, LBJ, dressed as a cowboy, blows across the end of his gun barrel. A string of fish ("Medicare", "Appalachia", "Voting Rights", "School Aid") hang off of the barrel. Caption reads: "Like Shootin' Fish". Artist signature lower right: "Karl Hubenthal L.A. Herald-Examiner".
Inscriptions and MarkingsHandwritten at lower right: "For President Johnson - ...with great respect and admiration!".
