Physical DescriptionOriginal cartoon drawing. A man ("Congress"), holding a visor and a pencil, is asleep at his desk with his feet propped up on a huge book. The book is open to where a large section of the book ("That Massive Legislative Accomplishment") is open to the left. The rest is of the book is "Unfinished Business". Caption reads: "Short Time Out for Labor Day". Artist signature lower right: "Hutton".
Inscriptions and MarkingsHandwritten across bottom: "Mond, Sept. 6, '65" "Phila. Inquirer". Handwritten at lower right: [in red] "650".

Custodial History NoteThe item was a gift from the general public to President Johnson during his term in office. It was received by President Johnson, until the President donated it to the Lyndon Baines Johnson Library and Museum in 1973.
