Inscriptions and MarkingsHandwritten at lower right: "For the "eye" of Pres. Johnson".
Historical NoteThe February 1966 Manpower Report of the President described the increases in jobs, employment, and wages in the United States, as well as identified places where more manpower was needed.

Custodial History NoteThe item was a gift from the general public to President Johnson during his term in office. It was received by President Johnson personally, until the President donated it to the Lyndon Baines Johnson Library and Museum in 1970.
