Physical DescriptionOriginal cartoon drawing. A man (identifiable as Ho Chi Minh) stands on one side of the ocean chuckling. On the far shore, LBJ stands at a table with piles of poker chips ("Bombing Slowdown"). Two men (“Fulbright” and “Bobby”) both shout angrily at LBJ. Caption: “This'll Never Get Him to Seriously Talk!
