Physical DescriptionCampaign poster. Black and white image of LBJ centered with a stylized-flag banner each side. Black lettering on a white background at top: "Lyndon Johnson". Black lettering on a red background at bottom: "for United States Senator". Printed at center: "[union bug]". On reverse: Detailed drawing in pencil of a bank floorplan. Handwritten across bottom: "The First State Bank in Rockwall, Texas", "Sketch by owner".

Custodial History NoteThe item was a gift from the general public to President Johnson during his term in office. It was received by President Johnson personally, until the President donated it to the Lyndon Baines Johnson Library and Museum in 1970.
