Physical DescriptionPrint reproduction of cartoon drawing. Frame 1: A man under a banner (“Boat Show”) puts his hand on a boat motor and says to another man, “I will now demonstrate!”. Frame 2: The men watch as the machine makes noise. The man demonstrating the motor is confused. Historical NotePresident Johnson signed several laws protecting water quality in 1965 such as the Water Quality Act, Water Resource Planning Act, Water and Sanitation Systems in Rural Areas Bill, and the Sale Water Conservation Act.
