Robert Day

1900 - 1985
For 45 years, Robert Day was a cartoonist for The New Yorker, contributing hundreds of cartoons and eight covers. Early in his career, he studied at the Otis Art Institute in Los Angeles while working at the Los Angeles Times. As a freelancer, he contributed to numerous publications and illustrated several humorous books.
