French-American, born 1926
Staff cartoonist for the Morning Telegraph and the Daily Racing Form (1955-2008)

Pierre "Peb" Bellocq is a French-American artist with a focus on horse racing and political cartoons. Peb was invited to join the Morning Telegraph and its sister newspaper, the Daily Racing Form, in 1955. Since then, Peb has published and illustrated several books such as Peb's Equine Comedy (1957), A Treasury of Questions and Answers (1969), and Wink: The Incredible Life and Epic Journey of Jimmy Winkfieldfrom (2004).
