The Atlanta Constitution was a daily newspaper published from 1868-1982 in Atlanta, Georgia. Beginning in 1950, the Atlanta Constitution gradually merged with the Atlanta Journal until the two staff were fully combined in 1982 as the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
