Clarence C. Allen

1897 - 1989
From 1929 through 1968, Clarence Allen worked as an illustrator, art director, editor, and cartoonist for the Tulsa World and the Tulsa Tribune. Allen's works can be found in the libraries of three previous presidents: Dwight D. Eisenhower, Lyndon B. Johnson, and Harry Truman.
