Susan B. Anthony was a women's suffragist, abolitionist, author, and public speaker. Anthony co-founded the journal The Revolution with Elizabeth Cady Stanton, and afterwards the National Woman Suffrage Association. Anthony was elected president of the organization in 1892 and served until her retirement in 1900.
