W. Averell HarrimanUnited States, 1891 - 1986

He was a Democratic politician, businessman and diplomat. He was the leading diplomat in relations with the Soviet Union during World War II and during the Cold War. He also served as ambassador to the Soviet Union and the United Kingdom. He was also governor of New York from 1954-1958.
