Ferman Cicero Martin (b. July 27, 1899, Lindale, Texas-d. March 18, 1977, Houston, Texas) was a cartoonist for the Houston Chronicle from 1937 to 1965. Martin is interred in Brookside Memorial Park in Houston, Texas.
