Douglas Borgstedt was an American cartoonist who specialized in political and apolitical humor. He co-founded and edited the military journal Yank and was a regular contributor to the Saturday Evening Post, the King Features Syndicate, the Copley News Service, and the Sunday Bulletin. Borgstedt's art appeared in over 90 newspapers, including his renowned series 'Pet Set,' which ran in the Philadelphia Bullet from 1972 to 1983.
