Physical DescriptionPhysical DescriptionOriginal cartoon drawing. A man writes ("Yankee Stay Home") on a wall and another man carries a sign ("Unkle Sam is Unfair to Subversion --The Communist."). A third man shouts. On the wall there is a note ("House passes resolution to combat communism in western hemisphere”). Caption: “Predictable Pickets”. Artist signature lower right: "Saylor”.

Custodial History NoteThe item was a gift from the general public to President Johnson during his term in office. It was received by President Johnson, until the President donated it to the Lyndon B Johnson Presidential Library in 1973.
