Physical DescriptionOriginal cartoon drawing. LBJ is sitting next to a water-filled barrel. In his right hand he holds a fish ("Medicare") while in his left hand he holds a smoking rifle. Two other fish ("Appalachia" and "School Aid") hang from the side of the barrel. Caption reads: "Nothin' to it!" Artist signature lower right: "Barrow" "The Omaha World-Herald".
